The Mack Webstore return policy accepts returns of most merchandise for up to 30 days after date of purchase with the exception of personalized or specialty items and custom orders, which are subject to restrictions and non-returnable. Purchased items must be returned in new, resellable condition in order to process any applicable refund. Items must be returned at your own cost. We are unable to process refunds for the purchase of gift cards or shipping and handling charges. 

Please note, we cannot accept exchanges for any items ordered. Apparel cannot be exchanged for a different size. You must return your ordered size and place a new order for the new size desired. 

If you wish to return an item, please securely package your return and ship to: Robertson Marketing Group, Attention: Mack Shop Return Goods, 359 Kesler Mill Road, Salem, VA 24153. If you are returning a product, make sure to include your full name, address, phone number, sales order confirmation number and the reference: “refund”. If you don’t have your sales order confirmation number, you can find the information you need while logged into your online account under Order History. Returns received without a sales order confirmation number cannot be refunded.

Store location returns must be processed at the store where they were originally purchased. Please have a valid ID and receipt of purchase readily available. Store returns are subject to our refund verification process. If no record of sale is available, a refund may be provided on a case-by-case basis where refunds may be limited or declined.
